If you have subscribed with us for our Hosted Voice product, here are a few things that you need to know.
1. Setup your White Label Portal
As Hosted Voice is primarily managed by your end customer - as they need to create and manage users and extensions, they will need access to a portal. The Atomic White Label portal enables your customer access to a white label version of a portal where they can perform all administrative controls.

Not only does the white label portal enable you to provide your customers with your brands look and feel, you can also setup your own domain name for the portal to make your portal a truly personalised experience. Please read this on how you can set this up.
3. Make sure you create a Hosted Voice Account
When you create a new account, make sure that you select Hosted Voice. Accounts that has been created that is not a Hosted Voice account, cannot be changed. Existing accounts are also not able to change. The only way around this is to create a new Hosted Voice account.

Enter the details of the admin user. As this is a white label service, we do not send an email to the user notifying them about their access - you will need to let them know how to access it by providing them with:
They will now be able to access the white label portal. When they login, they can create additional users to help with the management of the portal directly on the portal.
