Select Service
From the Services tab, select on Add Service and select SMS.

Select Customer
You will then need to select which customer you want to create this service for. Select the appropriate customer from the dropdown list.
Select Type

You have an option to select either Standard or SMPP:
Standard - This will enable the service to be used either via the portal or API.
SMPP - This will enable the customer to also connect to the service via an SMPP bind (more information can be found .
Once a Service has been created, you will not be able to change the Type. You can either raise a support ticket with our support team to indicate that you would like the Type changed or you can create a new Service.
Select Service Plan
You now will need to select the Service Plan you would like to associate to the service. You can also give the service a friendly name.

Depending on your wholesale requirement, certain plans allow you to assign a credit limit to the Service. This means that SMS’es are billed every month based on actual usage rather then a predefined plan.
Enter Credit Limit
You will be able to assign credit limit value for this Service. You can change this value at any given time. The credit limit amount is automatically renewed at the beginning of every month.
Example:
Service “Acme SMS” is assigned a credit limit of $2,500. At the end of the month, the balance left on the Service is $650. When the new month rolls in, his credit limit will be reset to the original value of $2,500.
Unlimited
If this is checked, the Service will have an unlimited amount of credit limit.
Adding the Service
You then just need to click on Add Service to complete the process.
Automation
When a Service has been created, you can enable specific Automations for the Service. More information on the available automations can be found here -
