Users can turn on call recording features for calls that they make or receive. Be default, call recording is turned OFF.
To listen to call recordings, users can navigate to their user portal and listen to the call recording from the Recordings tab. They will only have access to recordings on their personal extension.
To activate the call recording feature, you can follow the below steps:

Recordings are stored for a maximum of 14 days, after which, the recordings will be deleted and is no longer recoverable. Users can always download the recording and store it on their local machine to keep the recording.
