Please ensure that your firmware is up to date. Some older firmware’s may cause the connection to fail. To update your firmware, search Yealink’s official page for your device and update the firmware using the manufacturer’s guide.

Auto Provisioning Option
Yealink IP Phone’s are supported on the platform via an auto-provisioning tool. This guide is to show the manual configuration of a Yealink IP Phone. If you would like to use the auto-provisioning tool, you can refer to this document:
Device Management
You will first need to locate the IP address of your device. On most devices, you can go to Menu > Status and your IP can found in the IPV4 field.
On your preferred browser, navigate to the IP address of your device. You will be prompted to login. Enter your credentials. The default username and password combination is normally admin/admin.
Once you are logged in, follow the below steps:
- Click on the Account tab
- Under Label you can give this a descriptive name like MY SIP
- For the Display Name, Register Name and Username put in your extension number
- Under Password enter the password for your extension
- Under SIP Server 1, for Server Host, enter the domain name of your service, which can be found here:

Confirm

Your Yealink IP Phone should now be connected and you are ready to make and receive calls!
