Users are able to record calls on a Hunt Group level and these recording are only accessible by admin users. This is different for call recording on an extension level. If an extension that belongs to a Hunt Group and has their call recoding turned off on their extension, the call will still be recorded and accessible by admin users.
Activating the Service
To activate this service, navigate to the desired Hunt Group settings and ensure that the Record Incoming Calls toggle is turned ON.

Pause/Resume Call Recording
Users can also pause and resume Call Recording by dialling a star code on their device. Please refer to this documentation:
Listening to Call Recordings
You can listen to the recorded calls for a hunt group within the Hunt Group list and by clicking on the 3 dots and selecting Call Recording.

Alternatively, you can also listen to the call recordings by navigating to the specific Hunt Group settings and clicking on the Call Recording button located on the top right.
