This enables users to toggle their Call Waiting. By default, Call Waiting is automatically turned on. Here is how you can enable or disable Call waiting:
- Navigate to Extensions/User
- Click on Edit for the user you would like to activate / deactivate Call Waiting for
- There are 4 options to select:- Yes - Call Waiting is enabled for the user Only for external calls - Call Waiting is turned on for incoming calls that is outside the user’s environment Only for internal calls - Call Waiting is turned on for incoming calls that is within the user’s environment No - Call Waiting is disabled for the user
