The platform also offers a report for Mobile and NBN services incurred by your Account for the billing month. The report is available for download from our FTP server at the end of the billing month, which is usually available on the second day of the new month.
This report covers all charges incurred by your Account/s that is related to mobile and NBN services. However the monthly access charges will not be listed here, instead will be in your .
This document describes the output of the Wholesale CDR file format from the Atomic platform. This document can be used as a technical reference by the billing houses to bill from Atomic’s wholesale CRs.
File Delivery Method
The wholesale CDR file will be delivered to a FTP site where our Wholesale Customer can then download the file.

CDR File Downloads from Atomic
The ability to download your CDR feed directly from Atomic will soon be available. We will be reaching out to our wholesale customers shortly on this method.
File Naming Convention
Files placed on the FTP server will have the following naming convention:
mobile-nbn-cdr-<month_Of_File_Production>-<year_Of_File_Production>-<date_Of_File_Production>.csv
Example: mobile-nbn-cdr-11-2022-1.csv
