This white label portal works seamlessly with our voice products like SIP Trunks, MS Teams Direct Routing and Hosted Voice. If you're diving into Hosted Voice or SMS, setting up this portal ensures your customers can take the wheel and manage their services with ease.

Make It Yours: Customizing Your User Portal

Your portal, your style! Here’s what you can tweak to match your brand:

  1. Logo Show off your branding by updating the site’s logo.
  2. Banner Color Match your portal’s vibe with colors from the Corporate Color Code.
  3. Page URL Make it easy to find with your own link.
  4. Tab Title Customize the text that appears on the browser tab.
  5. Favicon That tiny icon in the browser tab? Yep, you can change that too!
  6. Login Page Image Welcome users with a custom picture.
  7. Login Page Greeting Welcome users with a custom picture.
  8. Custom SMTP for Email Notifications Only for Hosted Voice users, but perfect if you want to control your email delivery.

The Corporate Color Code isn’t just for the login page. It applies across the entire portal, keeping your brand look consistent at every touchpoint.

Portal Personalization with Account Settings

This is where you can personalize key elements in Portal Settings to match your brand’s look and feel:

How to access Click your profile icon in the top right corner of the Atomic portal, then go to Account Settings > Portal Settings.
  1. Corporate Color Code Pick a HEX color and match your brand’s vibe!
  2. Login Page Greeting Welcome users with a friendly message.
  3. Tab Title Customize the browser tab text to make it yours.
  4. Preferred URL Your portal runs on hostedservice.com.au by default, but you can use yourcompany.hostedservice.com.au for a branded touch!
  5. Custom Portal URL Want your own subdomain? Set up login.yourcompany.com.au and keep everything on-brand. .
  6. Favicon Icon Swap out that tiny browser tab icon! Recommended size: 16x16px (ICO/PNG for better compatibility).
  7. Company Logo Add your logo for instant brand recognition. Recommended size: 150x50px (PNG/SVG for transparency).
  8. Landing Page Image Upload a custom image for a strong first impression. Recommended size: 900x678px (JPG/PNG for best display).

Accessing the user portal

You can access your self branded user portal by either using the Preferred URL or Custom Portal URL (if configured).

SMTP setting for email notification

For more information regarding the setup for custom SMTP, please refer to this article . This is especially important for Hosted Voice accounts as you can setup a customised email to be used when sending notifications like Missed Call notifications, voicemail, etc to the user.
