The Active Calls report will show you all calls that are currently going through at that very given time. This data is presented to you in real time. This report is pretty straight forward, but it would be good to just highlight some of the columns that may not be so obvious.
Delay - This is measured by the amount of seconds when the end number is ringing before the call is answered.
State - This shows you the current state of the call whether the call is connected, waiting to be connected or disconnected.
