To ensure successful connection of anonymous or private calls, your SIP headers must include the following:

P-Asserted-Identity: This should contain the actual caller’s number.

Privacy: This should be set to id.

Example:

P-Asserted-Identity: <sip:0456789876@yousipdomain.com>
Privacy: id

These settings are now mandatory system-wide, in accordance with regulatory guidelines for anonymous calling.
