Channels

The number of channels that is made available to a Service will depend on the number of license/user that has been assigned to the Service. The channel count will match up to the number of license/users assigned.

Should licenses be added or removed, the channel count will be dynamically updated to reflect the correct amount.

Users

Users are actual users on Hosted Voice and is typically assigned an extension. Each user/extension can make and receive 2 simultaneous calls on their personal account.
