When creating a new NBN service, you first start by selecting the address where you would like the service installed at. Just type in an address and the platform will try to look up for the address. Once you see the address just click on it.
You can then adjust any of the address parameters for accuracy. This is critical as this will determine where the service will be installed. Getting this correct is critical to the successful deployment of the service.
Once you are happy, click on the Check Coverage button.
The platform will once again display the address and you will require to once again select the address where you want the service deployed.
Technology & Installation Type
Once you have confirmed on the address where the service will be deployed, the system will display the technology available on the site as well as the installation types available. More information on this can be found .
Customer Details
You will then need to select which customer the service is intended for. You can also then enter a contact number and email address where installation details like appointments will be communicated through.
Select Service Plan
You then need to select a Service Plan that you want installed on the location. This will cover what sort of upload and download speeds the location will have.
