The Service Settings page enables you to manage a specific mobile service like:
Service Plan
You can change a mobile service plan at any time. Do note that this may effect their Data Banking allowance. Please refer to this page for more information:
When changing a Service Plan, the charges for the previous plan will be prorated to the date when the new Service Plan is activated and the charges for the new Service Plan will also be prorated to the billing cycle date.
Service Plan Options
Bar Service - This will enable you to toggle the barring of the mobile service.
Recurring 5GB Bolt On - When turning this option on, the mobile service will have an additional 5GB data that will continue as long as either the service is deactivated or this option turned off.
Excess Usage
This is the excess amount, in dollars, that you will allow the subscriber to use outside of their monthly plan inclusions.
