Porting Out

1 min readMobile

If for any reason, you intend to port out your service to another service provider, you will need to provide some information to the gaining carrier. The 3 key items that needs to be passed on is:

  1. Mobile Number
  2. Service Type
  3. Account Number
Please note that when you attempt to port out a service, an SMS will be sent to our mobile where you will need to approve or reject the port within 30 minutes of receiving the SMS. If there is no response or the response is delayed, the port will be rejected.

Mobile Number

You will need to provide the mobile number to the gaining carrier.

Service Type

You will need to let the gaining carrier know that your current service is a Postpay account.

Account Number

To get the Account Number of the mobile service, go to the Atomic portal and navigate to Customer > List All and search for the Customer that the mobile number is attached to. You will then see the Account Number listed there.

A Customer may have multiple mobile services attached to their account. In this case, all mobile services share the same Account Number.
